Mitsui E&S Machinery Tamano Works (Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan) manufactures main engines for container ships, tankers and other large marine vessels. This video contains the starting procedure and its sound of the 55,000 kW diesel engine for a mega container ship in shop test.
