Structure Inspection Management System (Drone Snap Cloud)
- Drone automatically shoots all inspection points!
Images can be shared together with inspection results! - Our 3D application "Drone Snap" allows you to set the position of the drone and the camera angle with respect to the inspection point on 3D-CAD model. In addition, "Drone Snap" creates an automatic flight / shooting route file of the drone based on the pre-set information. By loading the flight file into the drone, the drone can efficiently take the necessary images in a short time. The captured images can be automatically sorted and managed on our cloud-based service "Drone Snap Cloud" along with the inspection results. It is also possible to share inspection results through this service.
Main Features
- Regardless of the skill of the drone operator, anyone can acquire the same highly accurate images of inspection points.
- Using a 3D-CAD model, you can set the shooting position and camera angle of the drone to take pictures of the inspection points, so you can check in advance what kind of images can be taken.
- Since all drones fly and shoot automatically, inspections can be carried out efficiently and safely.
- It can be carried out more efficiently than conventional drone inspection by manual operation by humans. (it can be done in 0.5 days instead of 3 days by manual operation).
- There are no shooting omissions (inspection omissions).
- Compared to conventional visual inspection by humans, inspection time can be shortened. (it can be done in 0.5 days instead of 1.5 days by humans)
- By using our cloud service "Drone Snap Cloud", you can easily manage and share inspection results. In addition, Drone Snap Cloud has a function that indicates which position on the 3D model is being captured, so you can get an easy-to-understand view of which part of the crane. Since it is possible to acquire images at the same position like a fixed-point camera, it is possible to grasp the progress of aging deterioration of inspection points.
Delivery Records
We have a track record of inspections at Japanese regional and major ports. In addition, the captured images can be viewed and shared together with the inspection results through Drone Snap Cloud.MOVIE
