Multiple Road Search Car equipped with radar and laser

Overall road search by multiple road search car with radar and laser.: We developed the multiple road search system together with TONOX Co., Ltd. It has a multiple search technique to find out hollow under road by radar and to take a picture of road surface by laser at the same time, which made it possible to evaluate damage of road totally and to control efficiently.
Each search and inspection system has enough specification and performance to be applicable for inspection work with Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, etc.
In addition, together with Nomura Research Institute, Ltd., we developed AI auto extraction system, which made an efficient data analysis implemented.
Radar system is exchangeable, and applicable for wide usage such as inspection work for bridge floor slab deformation etc.

Road Crack Graphics by AI
We developed AI technique to draw crack graphics from road surface picture. This AI technique made it possible to draw crack graphics and to calculate percentage of crack occurrence, which realized an efficient analysis method and made analysis in a short time.
Radar Graphics of under road and picking out hollow by AI technique
We developed AI auto extraction system for picking out hollow part automatically from analysis graphics made by Multi-Path Linear Array RADAR. This technique made it possible to check the data of deformed part only, which made the analysis time drastically shorten.
